Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Professional

  • The SQA position at MSI Data, a growing provider of field workforce automation software, is the ideal opportunity for a talented, ambitious SQA professional seeking to help create great software products. As a member of the team you will be working alongside software developers on enterprise, scheduling, and mobile software projects.

    The candidate will be designing and executing software test plans, completing manual testing as needed, documenting and reporting issues found, and continually looking for improvements in testing processes. The candidate will work as part of a team to assist in analyzing failures and creating detailed release notes. The candidate will also review product requirements and software with professional services and development teams to ensure software usability.

  • Position Requirements:

    • 2+ years manual testing
    • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizational skills
    • Commitment to and sense of urgency for project timelines
    • Works well in a team
    • Mobile application testing experience

  • Additional Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of field service software
    • Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server
    • Familiar with TFS
